DoubleTrouble with Jonathan Thijs & Lenny Vranckx

Since two years Jonathan Thijs and Lenard Vranckx have been skating demos and giving skateboard initiation lessons at the surf camp of Boardx during the summer period. What started as an impulsive idea to ride by fixed gear bike to the Boardx camp in Zarautz, Spain quickly led to a search for sponsors, a cameraman, … More people got involved, ideas kept on coming and the project got out of proportion.
Their trip started on 13/08/2012 in Leuven, Belgium and they will ride until Zarautz, Spain. Both of them have been riding fixies for years and are part of the Belgian skateboard scene. Hence, the trip will include stops at several skate parks like Le Havre, Bordeaux, … and some street spots. Additionally we will surf, sandboard,…
Eventually a final edit will be made in which the main focus lies on skateboarding and biking. Additionally, the lifestyle/ fun/ nature/ … will be included.
This trip will not only be a underestimated challenge but more importantly a great experience. The best part will be the unexpected moments and the relief after achievement.
