WASTED BULLET is working on their new EP
Posted 07/24/2012 by Vans Benelux
WASTED BULLET has been working hard lately on their new EP, which should be out halfway through August. It will contain a total of 7 tracks. More news about their first single will follow soon
All instruments have been recorded, guitars will be re-amped later this week and after that it's time for vocals and mixing/mastering.
"This album has a lot more depth if you compare it to our first album 'Lights Below Sunrise'", says singer Robbert. "I think that especially the lyrics came out way better than I could ever imagine. We've come a long way to this point, we took our time to improve the songs and thought about what we wanted to accomplish with this new record. It covers certain aspects in life such as religion and prejudice, rather than all the polished love-stories we used to write about. I feel like this album gives a better identity to us as a band and what we stand for. "
"Also musically we've taken it to a different level. Where 'Lights Below Sunrise' had a lot of catchy choruses, this new EP has more heavier parts. There's still some singing on it, but in a more mature way than we used to do."
There will be new tour announcements soon, and as soon as there are more details about WASTED BULLET's new record they will be posted.
